5dmty – خدمتي (“the App”) is a church-service attendance management tool designed for servants and administrators of Sunday-school and youth services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the App and contact your service administrator to remove your account.

We use the information described above solely to:

• Authenticate users and enforce role-based access within a service
• Record and display attendance, points, and visit history
• Send optional push notifications about service activities
• Diagnose and fix crashes and performance issues
• Export service data to Google Sheets (when explicitly triggered by an administrator)

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with any party other than the Firebase / Google Cloud services that power the App's backend.

All data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore (a cloud database operated by Google LLC) and cached locally on your device using a SQLite database for offline access.

Access to Firestore is protected by Firebase Security Rules that restrict each user to data belonging to their own service. Firebase enforces TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.

Profile photos are stored as compressed images either locally on the device or as Base64-encoded strings in Firestore. They are never uploaded to a separate file-hosting service.

The App requests access to your device's camera solely to scan QR codes for attendance check-in. No camera images are stored or transmitted.

The App requests access to your photo library only when an administrator explicitly uploads a service logo or a member's profile photo. Selected images are compressed and stored within the App's data for that service only.

User and member records are retained for as long as the service exists in the App. A Full Admin can permanently delete the entire service and all associated data from the App's settings. Individual user accounts can be removed by a Full Admin through the Manage Users screen.

To request deletion of your personal data, contact your service administrator or email us at info@5dmty.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

The App is designed for use by adult servants and administrators who manage records of minors within their church service. Member records for children are created and managed exclusively by authenticated adult administrators. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
